Aster DM Healthcare Dividend Date, Aster DM Healthcare Dividend 2024 News: Aster DM Healthcare board has approved a whopping 1180 per cent special dividend for the shareholders on account of the receipt of proceeds from the sale of the GCC business. Despite this large dividend, the company will still retain Rs 1,500 crore from the sale of GCC business. Aster DM Healthcare recently concluded the separation of its India and GCC businesses, pursuant to which Affinity Holdings Ltd, a wholly subsidiary of the company, received a cash consideration of USD 907.6 million.

The Board of Directors approved declaration of a special dividend at their meeting held on 12th April, 2024 of Rs 118 per share.
The company in a statement, said “The Board has decided not to declare an interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The Board may consider declaration of final dividend for the financial year 2023-24 at the Board meeting considering the approval of audited financial statements for FY 2023-24.”

The special dividend will be paid to the shareholders by April 23, 2024, the company said in a statement.

Aster DM Healthcare stock touched an intraday and an all-time 52-week high of Rs 558 per share, zooming 14.3 per cent from its previous close of Rs 488.20 apiece. The counter opened with a gain of 11.63 per cent in Monday’s trading session, outperforming the sector by 8.59 per cent. The scrip has been gaining for the last three days and has risen 10.44 per cent returns in the period.
