Infosys, the Bengaluru-based IT giant, has disclosed details regarding its upcoming quarterly results for the final quarter of the current fiscal year. The company’s board of directors is scheduled to convene next month to review and approve the financial outcomes for the January-March 2024 quarter, along with announcing the final dividend for the fiscal year 2023-24.
In a statement released, Infosys announced that the board meeting is set to take place on Wednesday and Thursday, April 17 and 18, 2024. The agenda for the meeting includes approving and recording the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS). Additionally, the board will review and approve the standalone financial results, as well as the audited financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries, both under INDAS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The results of the IT company is likely to be announced post market hours.
Furthermore, Infosys plans to recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, during the board meeting. The financial results are slated to be presented to the board of directors on April 18, 2024, for their endorsement.
As per the company’s filing on BSE, “Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2024. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company as per INDAS for the financial year ending March 31, 2024; Recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on April 18, 2024 for their approval.”
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Infosys will close the trading window for the earnings release from March 16, 2024, until April 22, 2024.
Investor and analyst calls are scheduled to be held by the company on April 18, 2024, to discuss the financial outcomes for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, as well as the business outlook.
On Friday, the shares of Infosys closed at Rs 1,511.45, 2.78 per cent down from the previous day’s closing. The 52 week high and low of the share is Rs 1,733 and Rs 1,185.30 respectively.
