Adani Total Gas Share Price: Adani Total Gas shares were up by 3.50 per cent or Rs 32 per share at 961 a piece on the NSE and BSE around 9:20 am during early trades on Thursday. Billionaire Adni-owned Adani Total Gas announced the Q4 results in the last trading session on April 30.
Adani Total Gas Reports Strong FY24 and Q4 Results
Adani Total Gas has released its fiscal year 2024 (FY24) and Q4 results, demonstrating growth in both operational and financial areas. The company experienced a 15 per cent increase in overall volume in FY24 and a 20 per cent rise in Q4 FY24, year-on-year (YoY). In FY24, the CNG network expanded to 547 stations, including 108 Dealer Owned, Dealer Operated (DODO)/ Company Owned, Dealer Operated (CODO) stations, with 91 new CNG stations added.
The total number of PNG households grew to 8.20 lakh in FY24, with 1.16 lakh new households added. Industrial and commercial connections reached 8,331, with 896 new consumers added. Completing approximately 12,023 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline contributed to infrastructure expansion.
Financial Performance
Adani Total Gas reported robust financial performance for FY24, with revenue from operations at Rs 4,813 crore and EBITDA at Rs 1,150 crore, representing a significant 27 per cent increase YoY. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY24 stood at Rs 653 crore, showcasing notable growth of 23 per cent YoY. In Q4FY24, revenue from operations amounted to Rs 1,257 crore, with EBITDA at Rs 305 crore, marking a remarkable 49 per cent increase YoY. PAT for Q4FY24 reached Rs 165 crore, demonstrating substantial growth of 59 per cent YoY.
Expansion and Joint Ventures
In FY24, Adani Total Gas expanded its footprint across India through a joint venture with IOAGPL. The CNG station network grew to 903, with 170 new CNG stations added. The total number of PNG households increased to 9.76 lakh, with 1.31 lakh new households added. Industrial and commercial connections also expanded to 9,142, with 1,112 new consumers added. Additionally, the company completed approximately 21,566 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline.
