Dividends, Stock Splits, Bonus This week: Several stocks to remain in focus this week due to scheduled corporate actions, including dividend payouts, stock splits, and bonus issuances.
Dividends This Week
On Thursday, March 28, several companies, including Aditya Vision, Crisil, HUDCO, REC, and SBI Card, will trade ex-dividend. The dividends range from Rs 0.1 per share to Rs 28 per share.
The ex-dividend date marks the adjustment of a company’s stock price for the dividend payout. Shareholders listed by the record date are eligible to receive dividends.
Stock Splits This Week
United Van Der Horst will undergo a stock split from Rs 10 to Rs 5 on Tuesday, while Dhatre Udyog, Lorenzini Apparels, and Persistent Systems will split from Rs 10 to Rs 1, and from Rs 10 to Rs 5, respectively, on Thursday.
A stock split aims to increase stock liquidity, and on the ex-split date, investors receive new shares in their demat accounts, with the stock price adjusting accordingly.
Bonus Shares Issues This week
Lorenzini Apparels will also trade ex-bonus on Thursday, March 28 with a bonus share ratio of 6:11.

Rights Issues This Week
Markobenz Ventures and Spectrum Foods have set Wednesday, March 27, 2024, as the record date for their rights issues.
