Real Estate Boom: Godrej Properties Ltd., a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has achieved remarkable sales with its latest project, Godrej Zenith, located in Sector 89, Gurugram. The project sold over 1,050 homes, an area of over 2 million square feet, making it one of most successful launch in terms of both value and volume of sales, the company said in a regulatory filing on early Monday.
In FY24, this marks the second instance in Gurugram and the fourth nationwide where GPL has achieved launch sales exceeding INR 2,000 crore. The total sales value for Godrej Zenith surpassed INR 3,000 crores, solidifying its position as a flagship project for the company. Notably, Godrej Zenith represents GPL’s largest residential development in Gurugram.
The company has saw a 473 per cent year-on-year increase in sales in Gurugram during FY24, indicating strong market demand. Looking ahead, GPL has an ambitious launch pipeline for FY25, including new projects in Sector 103, Sector 43, and Sector 54. These upcoming launches are expected to further enhance GPL’s footprint in the city.
In FY24 alone, the company achieved several milestones. Apart from the success in Gurugram, GPL recorded sales exceeding INR 2,000 crore during launch for the fourth time nationwide. Notable projects contributing to this achievement include Godrej Reserve in Kandivali, Mumbai, and Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.
GPL saw sales worth over INR 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Tropical Isle, located in Noida during Q2 FY24. These achievements underscore GPL’s robust presence and continued success across various real estate markets in India.
