Tata Power Company Limited has set May 8, 2024, as the date for announcing its quarterly results for the fourth quarter. At the time of filing, the shares of the Tata Power were trading at Rs 429.55, 0.47 per cent down from the previous day’s closing. The 52 week high and low of the share is Rs 444.20 and Rs 193.05 respectively.
The meeting will address various agenda items, including the approval and disclosure of the Audited Financial Results for both Standalone and Consolidated figures. Additionally, the Board will deliberate on recommending dividends, if applicable, for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. The company is likely to announce the results post market hour.
As per the company’s filing on the BSE, “Pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) and 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Tata Power Company Limited (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.”
The company emphasised adherence to the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading,’ as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Designated Persons have been duly notified about the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2024, until 48 hours after the public release of the aforementioned Financial Results.
According to the BSE analytics, the shares of Tata Power have given returns of 12.78 per cent in the last 1 month, 21.41 per cent in the last 3 months, 68.45 per cent in the last 6 months and 118.81 per cent in the last 1 year.
