Building an AI-Ready Workforce

Highlighting the significance of most TCS employees returning to office in the last quarter, Krithivasan noted that this transition facilitated enhanced learning opportunities within the workforce.

The CEO thanked employees for their dedication to learning and upskilling in artificial intelligence (AI). He remarked that TCS has established one of the largest and most AI-ready workforces globally. Krithivasan shared that TCS is currently engaged in over 200 AI projects with clients, indicating a promising pipeline for future work across various industries.
