Wipro Q4 Results 2024 Expectations in India

The domestic broking firm JM Financial anticipate a slight decrease of 0.2 per cent in revenue growth when measured on a constant currency basis, but with a favorable 25 basis points cross currency effect. This should result in no significant change in revenue growth when measured in USD for IT Services from one quarter to the next. The reported revenue growth in USD is expected to remain flat. The constant currency growth, however, is likely to fall within the higher end of the projected range of -1.5% to 0.5%.

“Regarding profitability, we predict a 15 basis points decline in EBIT margins to 15.9%. This dip is primarily attributed to the two-month incremental impact of a wage hike. Nonetheless, we anticipate that the cost-efficiency measures in place will largely counterbalance the negative effect of the wage increase,” the report said.

It added, “Looking ahead, we anticipate that Wipro will provide guidance indicating a modest 0-2 per cent quarter-on-quarter constant currency growth for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025.”
